Before each inspection analysis, I say to myself, If I was the buyer how would I react? Armed with market detail comps, real estate experience, and driven by my “Let’s Get It Sold” attitude, I will leave no stone unturned as your R-E agent and will disclose to you, as my client, all the information based on area and comps, that will lead to offers which will ultimately lead to accomplishing your goal which is the sale of your house.

Based on and after the marketing inspection, as my client, I can then go over the Competitive Market Analysis , CMA’s, or Area Comps. This process is always used with our Seller Clients because I am always looking to make sure that you receive a TOP DOLLAR return on your investment (ROI). I also provide home staging ideas that would certainly attract more offers and buyers along with any updates that I think would cause your ROI to be increased or maximized. The marketing inspection of the property, I believe, is a crucial foundation to getting your property sold. How can I compete if I do not know where to start?, is a question many people who are selling there home may consider and I am here to provide you with the information that would be beneficial in getting your house sold. What is Home Staging? Home Staging is the act of preparing a private residence prior to going up for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to sell a home quickly, and for the most money possible by attracting the most amount of potential buyers. Staging focuses on improving a property to make it appeal to the largest amount of buyers by transforming it into a welcoming, appealing, and attractive product for sale. Staging often raises the value of a property by way of reducing the home's flaws, depersonalizing, de-cluttering, cleaning, improving condition items, and landscaping. For vacant homes, rental furniture is used to create a living space the buyer could "see" themselves in. Properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features while minimizing flaws.

Home Staging has become an important part in marketing and selling your real estate. When the perspective buyer enters your home for the first time, it is crucial to make sure that they can envision themselves living at the property.
