FSBO is the acronym that stands
for: For-Sale-By-Owner. For sale by
Owner, simply means that the
property owner wishes to sell his or her property themselves, without the
services of a Licensed Real Estate
Agent. For

FSBO Marketing is a crucial point in selling a For-Sale-By-Owner listing. Maximum exposure is key to successful FSBO Open Houses and receiving offers. When I am called to the action of helping a For – Sale - By - Owner client, I start out with a marketing inspection. My “Let’s Get It Sold” attitude is what drives me to view your house as a buyer would. During this inspection of your property, I am not only looking for possible defects that a buyer would consider, but I am walking thru the eyes of my profession and considering myself. Armed with market detail comps, real estate sales experience, and driven by my “Let’s Get It Sold” attitude, I will leave no stone unturned when providing a FSBO Consultation and will disclose to you, information based on area and comps, that will lead to offers which will ultimately lead to accomplishing your goal which is an immediate sale of your house.
